After receiving your message, we will send a bill of lading to your email, and all you have to do is
Print the policy, attach it to the shipment, and deliver it to the nearest office of the shipping company
Important points that you should know to avoid rejection of the return request
The return request must be submitted within 3 days of the date the order was received
Discounted products are completely non-returnable
The item must be in its original form and without any changes (unassembled and in its original packaging)
Upon receiving the product, we will verify its condition, and then return the value of the commodity within 7-12 working days, depending on the source of your credit card. In the event that the above points are not adhered to, the return process is considered rejected
Please note that some commodities are not subject to the return policy at all, due to health reasons, and they are as follows: (clothes of all kinds, cups and trays)
In the event of receipt (damaged and/or invalid item, wrong item) we will cover the value of the return shipping fee and refund the full value of the item to you
Wood engraving and custom printing products are not subject to the exchange and return policy at all
